I finished this last weekend. Started as a typical pallet. Broke it down a few boards and created this sign that’ll go with us to Moab for the reception.
If you haven’t messed with pallet wood before, be careful. The nails/ screws are serious. Took quite awhile to get those 2 boards removed but once I did the Ryobi went on the charger. This sign turned out to be 29″ wide and approximately 9″ tall. its extremely heavy based on the top piece of wood.
Once the boards were pulled off and cut down I mixed my chalk paint. Took a couple coats of paint and then transferring the graphic. Overall it’s a great result. It has a “job” to do at the reception so I can check that off the list.
